The Need

We Need Your Help To Invest in East County's Future

The Grossmont-Cuyamaca College Promise is how we ensure that local students have an opportunity for an excellent education which will promote economic stability for our community.

1 We need more skilled workers

2/3 of all well-paying jobs call for college or career education after high school.

2 Let's motivate our community

40% of East County high school graduates don't go on to college or career education.

3 More money goes back into our economy

Grossmont & Cuyamaca College grads earn almost $560,000 more in their lifetimes than their peers with just a high school diploma.

How To Donate

We're depending on your help. We're striving to get at least half of all 5,000 East County high school graduates to attend Grossmont or Cuyamaca College. The Grossmont-Cuyamaca College Promise only covers first academic year tuition. Books, supplies, parking permits, and other fees are not included. Donations will fund a variety of scholarships for the Grossmont-Cuyamaca College Promise. Visit The Foundation for Grossmont & Cuyamaca Colleges for more information.
